IOC Athlete Career Programme

Launched in 2005 and 2007 respectively, renewed in 2012, the International Olympic Athlete Career Programme and the International Paralympic Athlete Career Programme is offered by the International Olympic Committee (IOC) and the National Olympic Committees as well as the International Paralympic Committee and National Paralympic Committees in co-operation with Adecco. It delivers support for:

  • Olympic and Paralympic athletes making the transition from the field of play to the labour market.
  • Companies looking to hire employees that will make a difference in their workforce.
