Having won numerous medals for Italy in world and European Kayak championships, Angelo Della Noce certainly demonstrated the will to succeed. And with the help ACP, that will to succeed is translating into a promising career in the retail sports industry. In his early thirties – Angelo is now working in Italy for Briko an Italian company that produces and sells sporting and outdoor gear.

Angelo, said, “The ACP identified an opportunity where an athlete’s attitude and their self discipline are valued and appreciated in the workplace. I love the job and the people I am working with and obtaining the assignment was a successful journey thanks to the ACP”. Angelo in fact has had a long and fruitful relationship with Adecco and the ACP – for example when training in Australia in 2003, they helped Angelo Find an opportunity with the largest outdoor and sporting equipment retailer in Australia (Anaconda). This experience was a great foundation for his current role with Briko. Angelo’s career was not the only thing to get off the ground in Australia, as there he also met his wife!
