Anna Heiramo of Finland was 5th in the World Championships and in the top 10 World ranking for snowboarding (parallel slalom). Anna received her Master of Science in Economics in 2005 balancing her time attending the University and training at an elite level. She was able to accomplish this with a strong focus and discipline on time management balancing her two ambitions, snowboarding and education.

When Anna looked to her next career after sport, she contacted Adecco. "The Finland Olympic Committee advised me to do that, as I thought I really need help with my CV and application and that was best way to get support." Anna commented, "The ACP helped me with my CV and application form when I was making them for the first time as I never needed them before. The ACP helped me to realize the strengths I received from my sports career and how to translate them to business life which was the most important part I think."

Anna is now a recruitment consultant working for Adecco Finland and she says that "the ACP gave me a huge amount of self confidence and technical advice. They told me how to market my strengths and they made me think of the possibilities and my future."
